Terms and Conditions

Our Terms and Conditions were last updated on 18th October 2026.

Please read them carefully before using Our Service.

HI THERE

Welcome to Beyond Energy Events. These terms explain how bookings work, what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you when attending a session, workshop, immersion or retreat.

Our intention is to create a respectful, supportive environment where participants can explore their experience at their own pace. We aim to treat every booking fairly and handle any changes or concerns with care.

By purchasing a ticket or booking a private session, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and any additional conditions clearly stated on the relevant event listing.

1. About Beyond Energy Events

Beyond Energy Events provides Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) sessions, energy transmission experiences, non-duality workshops, meditation events, private sessions, immersions and retreats, both online and in person.

In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Beyond Energy Events and the organiser responsible for the event. “You” and “participant” refer to the person making the booking or attending an event.

Event-specific information, including the date, time, venue, price and any additional requirements, will be provided on the relevant booking page.

2. Bookings and payment

  • Your booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and your booking confirmation has been issued.

  • Tickets are valid only for the event, date and ticket type purchased, unless a transfer or alternative arrangement has been agreed with us.

  • Please check the event details carefully before completing your purchase.

  • Tickets are intended for the named participant and must not be resold commercially or used for unauthorised promotional purposes.

  • If you experience a booking or payment issue, please contact us so that we can investigate.

3. Cancellations, refunds and transfers

We understand that circumstances can change. We aim to offer a fair and reasonable approach while recognising that events involve advance planning, venue costs and limited spaces.

If you need to cancel

Please contact us as soon as possible by email, quoting your booking details.

Our general policy is:

  • More than 7 days before the event: You may request a refund or transfer to another suitable event. Refunds will normally be available for eligible cancellations, subject to any clearly stated event-specific conditions and your statutory rights.

  • Within 7 days of the event: Refunds are not normally offered for a change of mind or inability to attend. However, you may request a transfer or credit, which we will consider where reasonably possible.

  • On the day of the event or following non-attendance: Refunds or transfers are not normally available for participant cancellations or missed sessions, except where required by law or agreed by us in exceptional circumstances.

These timeframes are our general customer cancellation policy, not a restriction on any statutory rights you may have.

For retreats, multi-day immersions, accommodation-inclusive packages or events involving substantial advance commitments, different cancellation deadlines may apply. These will be stated clearly on the relevant event page before purchase.

Ticket transfers

Please contact us if you cannot attend and would like to transfer your ticket to another person or suitable future event. Transfers are subject to availability, compatibility with the event and our agreement. A price difference may apply if the alternative event costs more.

Please do not assume a transfer has been approved until we confirm it.

If we cancel an event

If we cancel an event, we will contact ticket holders and normally offer a full refund of the amount paid to us for the cancelled event, or an alternative date or event if you prefer and agree to it.

Where an event is postponed or rescheduled, we will explain the available options. Your legal rights will apply in the circumstances.

If we need to change an event

We may occasionally need to make reasonable changes to timings, facilitators, venues or arrangements. We will communicate significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.

If a significant change means the event is no longer substantially as described, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law.

4. KAP, energy transmission and personal experience

Kundalini Activation Process (KAP) is presented as a direct transmission of life-force energy and an exploration of awareness and consciousness.

Sessions typically involve lying down or resting comfortably while music is played. Depending on the facilitator and session, there may be non-touch or light-touch interaction. You are always welcome to communicate your boundaries.

KAP is not a performance, and there is no particular experience you need to achieve. Participants may experience physical sensations, emotions, relaxation, changes in awareness, or very little that they consciously notice. Experiences vary between people and between sessions.

We do not guarantee any particular sensation, altered state, emotional release, spiritual experience or personal outcome.

Please approach the experience with curiosity rather than pressure to achieve a particular result.

5. Health, wellbeing and personal responsibility

KAP and associated activities are offered as complementary wellbeing and personal exploration experiences. They are not a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, psychotherapy or other professional treatment.

You remain responsible for your own wellbeing and for deciding whether an activity is appropriate for you.

Before attending, please consider whether your physical or psychological circumstances could affect your participation. If you have a relevant medical condition, significant mental health concerns, a history of seizures, or any other concern about suitability, please seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before booking and contact us if you need to discuss participation.

Please inform us privately of any relevant needs or adjustments before the session where possible. We may ask for further information, recommend additional support, or determine that a particular session is not suitable in the circumstances. Any decision will be approached with care and respect.

During an event, you may choose to rest, modify your position, open your eyes, take a break or stop participating. Please let the facilitator know if you feel uncomfortable or need assistance.

We cannot guarantee that a particular experience will be suitable for everyone. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

6. Respect, boundaries and conduct

We ask everyone to help maintain a respectful and supportive environment.

Participants agree to:

  • Respect the privacy, personal boundaries and experiences of others.

  • Follow reasonable safety instructions from the facilitator or event team.

  • Ask for clarification if they are unsure about any part of the session.

  • Avoid disruptive, threatening, discriminatory or abusive behaviour.

  • Respect other participants' right to participate without unwanted contact or pressure.

Touch is never intended to override personal boundaries. Please communicate any no-touch preference or other relevant boundary before the session begins.

We reserve the right to ask a participant to leave if their conduct presents a genuine safety concern or seriously disrupts the event. Where removal is necessary because of a participant's misconduct, a refund will not normally be offered, subject to applicable law and the circumstances.

7. In-person events

For in-person sessions, please:

  • Arrive at the time stated in your event information and allow time to settle in.

  • Wear comfortable clothing and bring any items specified in the event listing.

  • Follow venue rules and the facilitator's safety guidance.

  • Inform us in advance of accessibility requirements where possible.

Late arrival may mean that entry is delayed or not possible if allowing entry would disrupt the session or compromise safety. If you arrive late, please follow the instructions provided by the organiser. Missing part or all of a session because of late arrival does not normally entitle you to a refund.

Please take reasonable care of your personal belongings. We cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage except where we are legally responsible.

Venue facilities, parking, mats, refreshments and other practical arrangements will be as described on the relevant event page. Please do not assume these are included unless stated.

8. Online sessions

For online events, you are responsible for having a suitable internet connection, a compatible device and a quiet, comfortable space where you can participate safely.

Joining instructions and access links will normally be sent to the email address used for your booking. Please check your inbox and spam or junk folder before contacting us.

Unless otherwise stated, online sessions are intended for the registered participant and should not be shared, streamed or recorded without our permission.

If you experience a technical issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access where problems arise from your device, internet connection, third-party platforms or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a significant technical failure on our side prevents the session from being delivered, we will consider an appropriate remedy, such as a replacement session, transfer or refund, depending on the circumstances and your legal rights.

9. Private sessions

Private sessions are booked individually and are reserved for the agreed date and time.

If you need to rearrange a private appointment, please give as much notice as possible. Our general cancellation policy in Section 3 applies unless a different arrangement is clearly agreed in writing before booking.

Please contact us directly if you cannot find a suitable appointment time or need to request an adjustment to an advertised slot.

Private sessions are tailored to the agreed format, but no specific experience or outcome is guaranteed.

10. Retreats and multi-day immersions

Retreats and immersions may involve venue hire, catering, accommodation, external suppliers and advance commitments. For this reason, their cancellation terms may differ from those for a single session.

The event listing will state, where applicable:

  • What is included in the ticket price.

  • Whether accommodation, meals or refreshments are included.

  • Deposit and payment arrangements.

  • Cancellation deadlines and any applicable staged cancellation charges.

  • Any requirements relating to travel, equipment or participation.

Unless expressly included, travel, accommodation, meals and other personal expenses are the participant's responsibility.

If a retreat includes services supplied by a separate accommodation provider or other third party, the relevant booking conditions may also apply. We will identify any separate arrangements where applicable.

If you need to cancel a retreat booking, please contact us promptly. We will apply the event-specific cancellation terms fairly and consistently with applicable law.

If we have to cancel a retreat, we will explain the refund or alternative arrangements available. Any separate costs you have incurred, such as travel or accommodation booked independently, may not be recoverable from us unless we are legally responsible for them.

11. Photography, video and recording

We respect participants' privacy.

We will not assume that purchasing a ticket gives us permission to use identifiable photographs, video footage or testimonials featuring you for marketing purposes.

Where we intend to capture identifiable images, recordings or testimonials for promotional use, we will explain the purpose and seek appropriate permission. You may decline without being required to provide a reason.

Participants must not photograph, record or share images, audio, video or personal information about other participants without their permission and our agreement where required.

Online sessions must not be recorded or redistributed without prior permission.

12. Privacy and personal information

We use the personal information supplied during booking to administer reservations, send event information, communicate changes and provide the services you have requested.

Ticket purchases may be processed through Ticket Tailor and its relevant payment providers. Their own privacy terms may also apply to the processing they undertake.

We will handle personal information in accordance with applicable data protection law and our Privacy Policy.

We will not use your booking details for unrelated marketing communications without an appropriate lawful basis. Where consent is required, you can choose whether to provide it and can withdraw it later.

Please avoid sharing sensitive health information through general booking forms or email unless it is necessary. Contact us if you need to discuss a sensitive matter before attending.

13. Event delivery and liability

We will take reasonable care in organising and delivering our events and services.

Events may occasionally be affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, venue closures, transport disruption, illness or failures of third-party services. If this happens, we will communicate with participants and consider reasonable alternatives.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control, or for indirect losses that are not reasonably foreseeable, to the extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these terms removes your statutory consumer rights.

14. Complaints and questions

If you have a question, concern or complaint about a booking or event, please contact us directly.

We will aim to respond constructively, understand the circumstances and work towards a reasonable resolution.

Contact: [Insert your preferred business email address]

Please include your name, event name, booking reference and a brief description of the issue where relevant.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version applicable to your booking will normally be the version in force when you made the purchase, unless a change is required by law or you agree to a subsequent change.

Any additional event-specific conditions will be made available before purchase and will apply alongside these general terms where relevant. If there is a conflict, we will interpret the conditions fairly and consistently with applicable law.

16. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless another applicable law must apply.

Nothing in this section removes any mandatory consumer protections or rights available to you under applicable law.

Thank you for being part of Beyond Energy Events.

We appreciate the trust involved in joining a session or retreat and aim to offer every participant a respectful, considered and supportive experience.
