KAP is suitable for complete beginners as well as returning participants. You don’t need any prior experience with meditation, spirituality or kundalini work.

Online sessions offer greater flexibility and can still feel deeply impactful from the comfort of your own home.

This process is mainly for spiritual growth and deepening of consciousness.
